Move vehicles from guest parking areas to areas that have been cleared of snow as soon as possible so that snow accumulations near the original parking spot can also be removed.

Ponds are dangerous, even when iced-over. Please do not walk on them, and take special care to ensure the safety of your children and pets around the ponds.

Ashes from the fireplaces are to be disposed of when cold. Cold ashes to be placed into the trash bins.

Miscellaneous Polices

NO GLASS ALLOWED IN THE SPA AREA. lncluding bottles, glasses or any other breakables that will be hazardous to people using the spa.

The entrance gate to the Spa area shall remain secure during and after each use. All spa users shall adhere to the times for use posted at the entrance.

Spa Rules

Be aware that snow and ice may slide from roofs at any time. Exercise caution when entering and exiting your property. DO NOT linger under the snow shed side of roofs and please keep children under supervision at all times.

Snow Safety

Snow removal will be conducted on driveways and primary roads only after an accumulation of 6 inches or more. Snow will not be removed from walkways and entries until after the storm has subsided. There will be times when your garage provides your best entry and exit during snow storms.

$350 cleaning fee will be applied to every stay.

If the spa key is lost, you will incur a $50 fee

Additional Fees

A one night deposit is due at the time of booking. Remaining balance is due 1 week before check-in.

Free cancellation within 30 days of check-in date. After that, the reservation is non-refundable.
